Sub: Grant of Home Travel Concession (HTC) to the members of West Bengal Judicial Services as per recommendations of the Shetty Commission.
Sir,
I am directed to invite a reference to above and to say that in supersession of all previous orders issued in this respect, the Governor has been pleased to sanction Home Travel Concession with retrospective effect from the 1st April, 2007 to all member of West Bengal Judicial Service once in two years as admissible to State Government Employee under the prevailing rules of the Government of West Bengal.
The charge is debitable from the sub-detailed head “07-other Allowances” subordinate to the Detailed Head “01-Salaries” under the respective salary heads of the concerned Judicial Officers.
This order is issued with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide their U.O. No.3192 dated 31.08.2006.
