The DIS(SE)s’ has fixed the pay with an additional increment in case of up gradation after 27/02/09 by their order (Pay Fixation). And the HMs have drawn their salary with an additional increment as per their pay fixation. I think until further order will issue by the DIS (SE) for return the drawn increment, why the HMs’ will agree to return their salary? Is it possible to withdrawn the circular after execution? I think it may possible to withdrawn mentioning the date with effect from…( of course the date of order for withdrawn). And this date should not be from 28/02/ 2009. Then the HMs will must go the High Court, is not it? Thanks…
