No teacher appointed in additional post can enjoy any other leave except CL. If one is appointed in 25/02/16 and takes 3 months of EOL, then his retention will be on and from 25 /05/18 instead of 25/02/18. The retention authority of an asst.teacher is the DIS (SE). M.C. can only confirmation of a service.
Thank you sir,i got my answer.that means,how fer i have understood,if s/he enjoys such leaves,his/her retention will be deffered,with out any more serious bitter punishment(termination).am i correct sir?
