Sir I won’t get one increment(3%) for my upgradation from Hons to MA scale or only my grade pay will change
You will not get any increment for upgradation from Hons. to M.A. scale. Your grade pay will just change from Rs.4700 to Rs.4800 as mentioned by @mihiracharya . Thats all.
