I was an incumbent of year 2005. So my increament was scheduled to stop by 2010 for not doing Bed. But as per a memo there wss a relaxation for not stopping increament upto 2012. I availed this. After that my increament was stopped in the year 2013to year 2015. With this time I completed the Bed in ODL mode and the increament was restarted on July 2015. Now as per the new GO there provision to revive the stopped increaments for incumbents from 2006 to year 2009. So shall I be benifitted from this movement. Or I have to give back the increaments drawn upto 2012. Please help…
