Thanks for your prompt reply. But I am not asking for 533 Edn(CS) as mentioned in my post. Actually it is true that 533 Edn(CS) dealt with this matter but not about the arrear part from 01.01.2006 to 31.03.2009. In the page 5 point 10 of 533 Edn(CS) it was clearly stated that “Regarding modalities of payment of arrears for the period prior to 1st April, 2009 and other related matters towards the implementation of the revision of pay that have not been dealt with in the preceding paras would be considered separately and notified in due course after obtaining suitable inputs/guidelines/regulations from the UGC/Govt. of India.”
Actually what I want to know the order related to payment of arrear of HRA. How arrear for HRA from 01.01.2006 to 31.03.2009 is to be calculated? I hope now my question is clearer to you about what I am asking for. Hope to hear from you soon.
