A teacher having joined the service on 25.07.1991 in the pass graduate scale enhanced his qualification in 1994 and began enjoy Master Degree scale notionally w.e.f 04.01.1994 but financially w.e.f 01.08.1996. His date of annual increment was changed from 1st July to 1st January every year from 01.01.1995. On completion of 10 years of service he got one increment on 01.01.2001 (normal) and another on 25.07.2001 (10 years’ benefit). When will he get the next normal annual increment in 2002. Will it be 01.01.2002 or 01.07.2002? Please help me to solve the problem with reference to supportive documents.
