i am really upset..what is happening in our state…from 2009 i am waiting for the exam in North 24 pgs..but everytime it has been postponed by the court or the government…nobody thinks abut the plight of the primary education is running without teachers….again after getting admit…it has been said…exam is postponed..why??????
