Sir, when the Para teachers were recruited the Maternity Leave was 135 days. Permanent teachers were also then got 135 days. Now the order is increased to 180 days & is called it is only for permanent employee. What would be for Para teachers? where can they complain? Please reply.
I agree with you friend. This is really a matter of inhumanity. This is a Govt. failure to publish relevant G.O.s for all level of employees. Otherwise, few section of employees will get privileges and others will be deceived. Govt. must take care of this. But the question is, Who is the Govt? Who should monitor this kind of failure? I could not find any solution. Even many of us suffer just due to the lack of knowledge of proper rules and regulations. And the most important thing is that these rules are not updated timely. The rule makers do not care about us. They are least bothered about us.
Seek relevant information under the RTI Act 2005.Make a representation before the competent authority of the department. If no solution comes out serve a demand Justice Notice and move State Administrative Tribunal under Article 14 of the Constitution for relief. There can be no discrimination where equal pay for equal work is concerned. You will get the order provided any of the affected parties move an application at SAT.Others will be added party to the application.
