Is there any time limit within which we have to claim arrear?
My friend passed Masters exam before giving ssc exam.but during ssc form fill her results were not out. she appeared in the HONS scale. After a much delay she got pg scale. Now she want her arrear which she was entitled to get 2 years before.she did not received her arrear due to negligence of the administration at that time.CAN SHE GET THAT ARREAR NOW?
PLS PLS REPLY SOON.
Arrear claimed within the same financial year for which it is being claimed is approved by the DDO (Concerned AI of Schools) and he forwards payment advice to Treasury. It is credited within that same financial year. But if arrear is claimed for any previous financial year, the DDO cannot not approve it. The HM needs to submit it to the DI of Schools and the DIs will forward the bill to DSE. The bill is approved by DSE after verification. It takes times.
Thanks a lot.
