Hi every one related to this forum! Wishing u all members of this forum a’ HAPPY NEW YEAR, 2013′. I am Shyamal Bag, an asst. teacher in math have been appointed in 2008, Sep 30 without B.Ed. I think 2 or 3 months ago, a news related to B.Ed on Ananda Bazar patrika were published from Gov. side that those teachers who do not complete their professional education still now, Gov. of West Bengal will make their professional education through distance education. And for that no fee will be given. My question is when this procedure will start this financial year and how. Plz tell me whether the increment yearly will stop after five years complete of service or not. is there any order related to this. Pls inform me if u have the answer.

No information is available about ODL(B.Ed through Distance mode) up to this date.
Increment will stop on 01/07/2013 bcoz four increment are allowed for non trained teachers firstly.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I want to know two information from you:
1. Is there any restriction for regular mode B. Ed of an untrained school teacher as the ODL mode started?
2. If not restricted then will the school get any deputed teacher in the post of the trainee for those period of training?
Please reply soon as it is urgent.

your answer for both question are yes , as the b ed colleges are receiving application from deputed teachers.
