    I have completed my graduation in 2008 .bt I don’t have 50% of marks.I don’t have masters degree too.I am appointed as an Assistant Teacher in Pass Category since Dec.2013 .how can I have my B.Ed degree?
    Is D.El.Ed is equally effective in this respect as far increment is concerned?
