Re: Bed in regular for primary teacher
You will be in trouble if you have not taken leave. It cannot be told when the trouble will come… may be it will come at the beginning or at the end of your service life Or it may happen that you will not face any problem at all only because no one care to notice it. At best I can say you are doing a wrong thing that may or may not be punished at all.

What type of punishment may arise? Then is it possible to take extraordinary leave without pay retrospectively?
    please reply me….

It is not a question of punishment. The trouble may be with or without direct punishment, showing the degree you have acuired is invalid (chances negligible). As leave is not a matter of right LOP MAY not be granted retrospectively.

Then is it possible to suspend me from service?

To suspend a teacher an authority need to go through some steps. It cannot be done by simply passing an order. You are not doing any crime by studying. However you are doing wrong by taking unauthorized leave. You have to face punishment for that. But you have the Tribunal and the court to appeal. But my personal advice is never leave a loop hole that the authority can punch you down.
