Can we go to court for DA?

Friends,
The new tranport related hike is about 20% at least. Price hike is more than 15%. What about our DA? Can court be cousulted for our basic demand puttig forward these facts? It has really been difficult to maintain tha family expences.

I hate this government. We expected that the new government will be good for all but depriving the government employees. Shame. Yeah, we can always go to the High Court to obtain our legitimate due.
