An employee appointed as Gram Panchayat Sahayak on 20/02/2002 in the scal No.5 and got 10 years benifit in the scale No 6 on 20/02/12 and thereafter promoted to the post of G.P.Secretary(on 31/12/2016)in the same of scale of pay and pay was fixed by allowing one increment wihout changing the scale of pay.Now completed 20 years continuous and satisfactory service on 20/01/2022. Whether he is entitle to get benifit of 20 years?
