I am a D. El. Ed. passed candidate. Currently WB Govt announce recruitment of primary teacher. There govt asked application from untrained students also. But this kind of notification against RTE act NCTE ruls. How can we file a case against govt. pls help us.
It is a blatant violation of the fundamental rights. A writ of mandamus will be maintainable at High Court or SAT. But High court would be a better option to go as you have not joined the job till now. Go to High Court and get a stay.Humpty dumpty type of people are drafting the advertisements causing uncalled for litigation which is fought by the Government on the strength of the citizen’s money.
