CCL and Maternity Leave

Hi,
I am a permanent lady teacher of a Govt. sponsored school. My daughter was hospitalized just after Puja vacation. So I can’t join my school after Puja vacation and have to take CCL. Is there any issue if CCL is continued just after Puja vacation? Or in other words is there any rule to restrict me of taking CCL just after Puja vacation?Ccl can be combined with maternity leave.
June 2, 2018 at 3:25 am #82833unknownParticipantCCL can only be availed only if the MC approves of it. Of course, it can be suffixed or prefixed to any other kind of leave (except CL) or vacation. But the point is did you apply for CCl before taking it? If not, the authorities, in no way, will grant the leaves following the vacation as CCL.
In special circumstances ccl is sanctioned even if not sanctioned beforehand .
June 6, 2018 at 1:13 pm #82841unknownParticipantTo avoid any problems of any kind of leave rules, she should join her duty after completion the Maternity Leave and then she should apply for CCL. After satisfaction the SA may sanction her CCL with taking regulation.
September 17, 2018 at 3:59 am #82921unknownParticipantI applied for 15 days CCL due to my son’s illness but I had to extend the leaves till 42 days due to emergency reason now the HM of our school denies to giving me 42 days CCL leave . He argues that CCL can be availed for 15 days only according to the latest rules. Now I would request the members of this forum to kindly inform me what is the latest rule for CCL and its duration.

It is the latest rules for CCL. You can take ccl for 3 spells in a year. My wife had just joined in High school on 15-09-18. We have a baby of 2 months aged, whether she is applicable for CCL. Please tell quickly.
