    Hello Forum!!!!
Wishing you all a prosperous happy new year – 2016
Please enlighten on the following issue:
WHETHER HALF-AVERAGE-PAY LEAVE AND EXTRA-ORDINARY LEAVE CAN BE TAKEN IN CONTINUATION OR NOT!!!!
I have seen in the order that these can be combined together but our administrator is asking to join school (at least one day) after availing HPL and then to go further for EOL. He described that this is the requirement of HPL rule.
    Please discuss this.

@tapas999 : Except Casual Leave and Half day Casual Leave, all other leaves may be combined. So, no need to join for 1 day.

One more question to ask if you dont mind…what are the grounds that can be called “unavoidable circumstances”?

My husband is not well and he is out of country…I have to go and nurse him coz he has developed vertigo…vomiting profusely and has nobody beside him.Dr. has advised him rest and not to fly for at least 60 days…I think it’s my responsibility to take care of him.Can I appply for EOL on this ground?I have all his medical reports with me.
