    MY DAUGHTER IS A SCHOOL TEACHER ( PG ). SHE HAS BEEN SELECTED FOR PART-TIME Ph.D STUDY THROUGH AN UGC RECOGNISED UNIVERSITY. DOES SHE REQUIRE TO HAVE, IN THIS CASE APPROVAL FROM DISTRICT INSPECTOR OF SCHOOLS?
