প্রসেঞ্জিতবাবু,
যদিও আমি শিক্ষক মহাশয় দের চাকুরীর শর্তাবলী বিষয়ে খুব একটা কিছু জানিনা, তবু ও আমার মনে হয় আপনার উচিৎ আপনার কনফার্মেশনের বিষয়ে এইচ এম এর মাধ্যমে এম সি কে আবেদন করা । এম সি যদি কোন ব্যাবস্থা না নেয় তবে একই পদ্ধতিতে ডি আই কে আবেদন করুন। মৌখিকভাবে কিছু করার থেকে লিখিত ভাবে দিলে তা ভবিষ্যতের পক্ষে সহায়ক হয়।
যদি কোনরূপ অনধিকারচর্চা করে থাকি তবে নিজগুনে ক্ষমা করে দেবেন।September 19, 2012 at 2:23 am #74244unknownParticipantসুপ্রভাত তন্ময়দা,
আমাদের এই ফোরামের সকল সদস্যদের তাদের নিজস্ব মতামত দেওয়ার স্বাধীনতা বর্তমান বলে আমি মনে করি, সুতরাং সেখানে অনধিকারচর্চা বলে কিছুই নেই……।।
প্রকৃত ঘটনা হল আমাদের মাদ্রাসার আর্থিক দুর্নীতির জন্য কমিটি ওনাকে (টি আই সি)সরে যাওয়ার কথা বলেছেন, টি আই সি চাইছেন আমরা তিনজন শিক্ষক প্রতিনিধি যেন ওনার পাশে থাকি, কিন্তু আমরা কেউই তাতে রাজি নই। তাই সম্ভবতঃ উনি ক্রোধবশতঃ আমার সাথে এরূপ আচরণ করছেন।

আমি কি স্থায়িকরন করার আবেদন সরাসরি ডি আই কে করতে পারি ???

সুপ্রভাত, আপনি “যথা বিহিত নিয়মানুসারে” / “Through proper channel” অনুসারে আবেদন করলে সেটা সঠিক পথ বলে গণ্যকরা হয়ে থাকে। পরবর্তীকালে কোনরূপ অসুবিধার মধ্যে আপনাকে পড়তে হবে না।September 19, 2012 at 11:01 am #74257unknownParticipantAmi Tanmoy babur songe ek mot! “through proper channel” -e apply na korle seta correct official procudure hobe na ebong D.I. accept korbe na.

“As per Circular No. 43/56 dated 28.08.1956 last para :If a teacher has been serving in a school against a permanent vacancy continuously for more than two years and no specific decision has been taken by the Managing Committee regarding his confirmation or otherwise in a meeting held within a month of completion of the period of probation, such teacher shall be considered to be a confirmed teacher.”
আমার প্রশ্ন হল
১- আমি কি এই নিয়মের আওয়তায় পড়তে পারি? যদি হ্যাঁ হয়, তবে কিভাবে এগোব?
২- কমিটি যদি কোন সাহায্য না করে তবে আমার কি করণীয়?
