Continuation of Service from Pry. to High school

Dear sir, Whatever documents do you have is enough to fulfill your necessity, I mean You ll be able to get continuation. But one thing I want to inform you that in this case you ll not get any kind of financial benifit E.g for 10 years/ 18years or 20 years benifit, your service period in Primary School will not be counted, i.e you ll get 10 yr benifit ( one additional increment) only after completion of 10 yr service in high school. your 8 year pry teacher period ll only be counted only for your service length to get pensionary benifit. let us take an example. Suppose you are now 38 years and you completed 8yr service in pry school (from age 30 to 38) now u join in a high school . At 60 u ll retire and u ll do service there for 22 years. For full pension you should have 20 years of service and u ll get it (as u did 22 yrs) but for your full gratuity you need 33 years of service but u hav only 22 years, now to give you gratuity benifit your that 8 yrs pry service ll be counted. I think I made you understand. Now if you r 27 yrs ie if you get the chance for 33 yr service in high school then please dont worry about it, nothing is required from your primary service except your 8 yrs valuable experience in future! thank you, With regards.
