    Who is the Controlling Authority of a High School H.M. , Asstt. Teachers & Non-Teaching Employees?

    Actually concern D.I/S Secondary is the controlling authority of H.M. A part of school administration run by the M.C. decision.

    I am expressing my view regarding this subject partially complying with A.B.Pal & conveying cordial thanks. DI/S(S.E.) is engaged with the financial aspects of the Teachers, whereas , WBBSE makes the rules relating School Code & any disciplinary action against an employee needs prior approval of Board.So is it not a zeoperdising?

    in sensu stricto ; is it not true H.M. has to clarify all matters ;but he cannot take any strict step against deleriction of duties from the staff though he is the most authentic person in looking after every day schooling activities.
