Please help me on the rules for crediting Half Pay Leave in the Service Book.whether there Is any ceiling for the total no. of balance HPL as it is seen in the case of EL which cannot exceed 300(+15).
Please take this case(e.g.): an employee joins govt. service on 01.08.1979. he/she takes Commuted leave (on medical ground) in the year 2006 (from 01.02.2006 to 07.03.2006 = 35×2 days).
what should be the balance HPL in his/her credit as on 31.12.2013
