Please let me know the procedure/G.O. regarding deletion of name of a deceased Govt. employee from attendance Register.

Sorry, there is no such G.O. is known to me. In our office we put a remark by red ink “expired on ______” after having some documentary evidence or a written report from the family.
After obtaining proper death certificate we make note of the same in the Service Book and proceed with the death benefit matters.
