Since you have been appointed as a Group “C” employee your pay scale will be Rs. 5,400-25,200/- in Pay Band-2 (Entry point minimum pay Rs. 6,400)
Grade Pay Rs. 2600/-
Pay in the Pay Band Rs. 6240/-
Total= Rs. 8840/-

Congratulations for you to get a job.
There are so many works load of a clerk in a school. You are advised by your H.M. what to do, how to do…………
1) You must ready aquittance roll for teacher and non-teaching staff in your school. You will ready a cheque to bank for transfer the salary to the staff’s account.
2) You must deduction the LIC subscription and made a Demand draft from a bank to submit the same to the LIC office and collect requisition for the next month.
3) You have to made requisition of salary to submit the same at D.I.office.
4) You have ready individual and school P.F. ledger and accumulate with interest.
5) You have to made lists of roll strength at a glance of class-wise,caste-wise,sex-wise for the session.
6) You have to ready registration from for the students of class IX and XI and submit at camp office.
7) You have to ready check- list for the above students.
8) You have to disbursed money ( different grants to the students)
9) You have to update the pass books of the school.
10) You have to prepair a guardian voter list (provisional) at the time of school vote.
11) You have to made the same final voter list.
12) You have to prepair different types of U.C.
13) You have to maintain of service books, leave registers, maintenance of stock accounts, stationery, furniture cataloging and other stores, scrutiny of various bills, preparation of vouchers, receipt and despatch of letters.
14) You have to update of accounts books.
15) Admission of the students.
16) Etc.Etc.Etc.Etc.Etc.

Salary of the first month-
GROSS SALARY is (Basic Pay=RS.8840/- + D.A.=45% of the B.P.=Rs.3978/- +H.R.A.15 % of the B.P.=Rs.1326/-,Medical Allowance-Rs.300/-)-Professional Tax is Rs.110/-
=Rs.14334/-
Next increment 3% of the Basic Pay on 01/07/2013, and BASIC PAY will be Rs.9105.2 i.e.=Rs.9110/-

January 31, 2013 at 3:18 am #76646unknownParticipantActually alternate designation of H.M and Clerk is “Office Staff”, now if H.M will stay School for any office related matter in which help of clerk is needed then clerk should stay in School but if H.M will stay School for other reason then all staffs except Gr-D may depart School after normal School hour.
N.B: Some H.M intentionally find some works (after covering almost whole day) just before end of the School hour. If you think so, then you have to think other way.Thank you sir…actually i am having the problem that u mentioned in the last line of your post…after the day long work, he finds out some works just at the end of the school..its not a matter to work for school..but after 4.30 it depends upon the decision of the Boss..Even all the group-Ds are being involved in his personal (domestic) works as well..for all days in a week, we have to remain at school at least 40-45 minutes after the scheduled time of our school..its really being a disgusting matter for us…thanking u again..
