Can an Asst Headmistress abstain herself from taking charges from the Head Mistress before her retirement, on health ground?
Of course, it’s common for an AHM to act as TIC until the appointment of new HM . But on health and other reasons AHM may not be willing to accept the charges. However, she may like continue with AHM till retirement.
Can someone point out any GO/notification/memo in this regard? It would be extremely helpful.
    Many thanks in advance.

Yes, an AHM can deny to take charge of HM/ TIC.
Please select the TIC from the staff.

If AHM is available in a school, no other could be appointed as TIC at any school.
    Find the attachments.

Thank you sir, but we have no AHM Post due to low roll strength. As our HM is going to retire on the next month, this problem arises. Is any teaching staff eligible for this TIC Post? Is Physical education/work education Teacher eligible ?
