Date of Joining of an untrained Asstt. Teacher is 01.09.2009. Whether he will get increment on 01.07.2014 or not? G.O in this regard plz.

As per existing rules /provisions 4(four) increments are allowed to the Asst Teachers during their first 5(five) years of service within which they have to complete the B-Ed course approved by NCTE.
If the joining date of the teacher you are talking about is 01/09/2009, he already got four (4) annual increments on the following dates ……
1. 01/07/2010,
2. 01/07/2011,
3. 01/07/2012 and
4. 01/07/2013
Therefore, he will not get the annual increment on 01/07/2014
