i retired on 31.8.06 under the d.d.o. the deputy dir. of animal husbandry, chinsura, hooghly but my residence at ramrajatala, dist. howrah. i wish to shift my health papers to howrah dist office . i am in verymuch trouble to submit my my claim papers at hooghly . kindly advise to set it in howrah office
