Financial Power of various designated Officers for sanctioning cost of medical attendance and treatment is increased making amendment to the clause 13 (3) of the West Bengal Health Scheme, 2008. https://wbxpress.com/financial-power-sanctioning-cost-medical-treatment/
The estimated bill by a Listed Hospital under WBHS2008 was 43000.00(forty three thousand) . DDO/ Controlling Authority has sanctioned the advance of an amount of Rs 30,000.00 of his max. limit . After availing treatment at the Hospital, Kolkata , all documents send to Directorate for Approval as it is beyond Rs.30,000.00 . Is their any wrong process have been done ?
The process is wrong. Since the G.O. of increasing the financial power for sanctioning the medical reimbursement claim will take effect from August 13 , 2014. It seems that directorate will return the claim to your Head of Office/Sanctioning Authority.
Doctor has proposed for capsule endoscopy while treating my ailing wife under WB Healt Scheme. Whether any prior pemission is required for undergoingcapsule endoscopy with colonoscopy under wbhs.
when DDO/controlling officer hismself submits a bill regarding health, who will sanction this bill DDO/controlling officer himself or higher authority?
