    Calculation of Interim Relief will be on the Band Pay as on 01.07.2016 after allowing normal admissible increment. Any type of Allowance is not admissible. https://wbxpress.com/grant-interim-relief-july-2016/

    I have joined as ldc through wbssc on 03-06-2015.my pay in the pay band is 6240 with gp 2600.but i do not get da or hra as i am on probation period . So, shall i get 10% interim relief ddeclared by state govt. If yes . Then what will be my interim relief ? Pls answear as soon as possible.

    Sir I Sri Sukhendu Bal Joined on 03.11.2014 as L.D.C. (Scale of Pay 5400-25200) at the Office of the Asstt.D.A.(Admn.), Bolpur, Deptt. of Agriculture. Now I get salary only B.P.6510+G.P.2600+M.A.300 as per F.D. Memo no.1832 no other allowance admissible. please reply that am I able to enjoy “Interim Relief”

    you will not get interim relief.

    My job is contractual …but govt of westbengal..but pay structure is pay band 15600+gp 5400+ma300+hra+ Npa + Da ….as current rate but no increments…but we got da when da announces..am I eligible for INTERIM RELIEF?

    A person joined in the post of LDC (Die in Harness Case) with PB 6240, GP 2600, DA 8840, HRA 1326, MA 300, on Dec 2017. He was denied IR then, as his appoinment letter states temporarily appointed (as usually. written in all appoinment letters). Was he entitled for the IR at that time? Kindly please advise me in this regard.
