the fact is …our school is one of the most repressive one…the HM (i dnt know why?) is quite gender biased as ours a boys HS…quite funny indeed…myself and my colleague (who is also a lady teacher) have applied for NOC..but the MC i.e. HM didn’t bother to reply…can you pls tell me what can we do when they just sat on the applications…we are running out of time as you can see

Actually in such type of cases T.R’s role is very much vital. They should force H.M for calling a M.C meeting regarding N.O.C of two staffs. If H.M do not give any value to the T.R and if T.R (s) are fail to discuss the problem of Teachers in M.C (for which purpose Teachers were send them in M.C), then what the necessity of the T.R (s) in M.C? They should give resignation from such a one man M.C.
Can you take a receive copy of your said application?April 7, 2013 at 3:11 am #77658unknownParticipantthey are just sitting on the application…they told me verbally that MC cannot provide NOC for higher studies even though i told them i wont be hampering the schedule…i can understand that they are taking the Control of Expenditure as their supporting rule…now that they are not giving me anything in reply..how can i proceed?
April 7, 2013 at 3:21 am #77659unknownParticipantthe fact is ours is one man MC…the T.R.s are just stooges….actually our HM is male chauvinist and this attitude is harnessed by 90% of the staffs….

April 18, 2013 at 12:43 pm #77808unknownParticipantHi…
can anyone please tell me whether an HS teacher can pursue Ph.D. or not? D.I. malda told me that in 6th pay commission pursuing Ph.D. for school teachers has been made “illegal….can this be true? is there anything related to Ph.D. in 6th Pay commission or he’s just lying like most other higher officials?April 21, 2013 at 6:11 pm #77825unknownParticipantD.I. malda told me that in 6th pay commission pursuing Ph.D. for school teachers has been made “illegal….
