আমি ১টি উচ্চমাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়ে গত ২০০৭ সেপ্টম্বর থেকে pass এ কর্মরত। ২০০৭ সালে ডিসেম্বর মাসে আমি পরিচালন সমিতির অনুমতি নিয়ে m.a পরীক্ষা দিয়েছিলাম। সেই পরীক্ষা বাবদ বিদ্যালয় আমাকে সবেতন ছুটি দেয় । এজন্য একটি রেজুলেশন ও নেওয়া আছে।পরের বছর m.a part 2 পরীক্ষার সময় ও একই ভাবে ছুটি দেওয়া হয়েছিল । এর পর বিদ্যালয় পর্ষদের কাছে ছুটির জন্য আবেদন করে । কিন্তু সে আবেদন পর্ষদ খারিজ করে দেয় । পরে ২০১৩ ডিসেম্বরে আমি ঐ বিদ্যালয়েই p.g পোস্টে জয়েন করি ।এমত পরিস্থিতিতে আমার কি করা উচিত ,আমি কি আবার বোর্ড এর কাছে আবেদন করব ? এ বিষয়ে একটু গাইড করলে একান্ত বাধিত হব। এখানে আর একটু যোগ করি , ২০০৭ এ বিদ্যালয়ে যোগদান করার আগেই আমি m.a (distance) তে ভরতি হয়েছিলাম ।
March 18, 2016 at 3:34 am #81365unknownParticipantIf you were allowed to appear in the M.A. Part-I Examination, the authorities are bound to grant you the same in case of M.A. Part-II if the prior permission was taken. Please follow the posts in the link and download the attachments: Hons. Graduate can get PG scale {1595-SE(S), dt. 26.12.2005} and also the other related links with posts by @gpgarain and @mihiracharya.
Also this time around, do not forget to mention in the application that your leave does not violet the School Expenditure Control Act- 2005.March 18, 2016 at 7:58 pm #81369unknownParticipantআমি GO no 438 se and 566 se দুটোই দেখেছি। 593 se এর কথাও জানি । কিন্তু এটা বুঝতে পারছি না যে এখন কি করবো । mc তো পারমিশন দিয়েছে , কিন্তু বোর্ড তো দিচ্ছে না । GO no 566 se এর পর আর কোন order ও বের হচ্ছে না । আচ্ছা এখন তো আমি pg তে আছি , আমি স্কেল ও চাইছি না ,ফের যদি বোর্ডের কাছে আবেদন করি , তবে কি কিছু হতে পারে ? আমি কিচ্ছু বুঝতে পারছি না , ঠিক কি করবো !
March 19, 2016 at 3:26 am #81370unknownParticipantSince you are appointed in PG scale there is no question of not availing the scale. The salary will be credited as per norms. What I told you in the last post is that you have to get your study leave approved by the Board. And that you can do by resubmitting the application. Remember, you have to do this as you are in continuation of service. This time around, you submit the application with the M.A. pass marksheet, certificate, leave approval resolution of the MC, leave approval letter issued by the Board for Part-I exam. Hope, it will suffice.
March 19, 2016 at 8:15 pm #81372unknownParticipantমাফ করবেন , আমার মনে হয় আমি আপনাকে ব্যাপারটা বোঝাতে কোথাও ভুল করে ফেলেছি । আসলে বোর্ড আমাকে part 1 পরীক্ষাতে বসার কোন পারমিশন দেয়নি । mc পারমিশন দিয়েছিল । আর আমি স্কুলে যোগদান করার আগেই ভর্তি হয়েছিলাম , কিন্তু পরীক্ষা দিই নি । তাই বলছিলাম , এখন সব resubmit করলে কি বোর্ড ছুটিটা মঞ্জুর করতে পারে ? please help me .
March 20, 2016 at 5:05 am #81373unknownParticipantYes. Resubmission of documents will do it. Actually, you must make the Board understand that you did not take the advantage of higher degree while you were posted in Pass category.

@gpgarain is right. I too should have stated it much earlier.March 20, 2016 at 11:24 am #81381unknownParticipantএটা কি বাধ্যতামূলক?! যদি হয় , তবে নিরাশ হলাম । আসলে বাংলা ছাড়া অন্য ভাষায় আমি খুব একটা স্বতঃস্ফূর্ত নই । তাই বোধ করি আর কিছু লেখা চলে না । যা হোক , সাহায্যের জন্য ধন্যবাদ ।
