HRA for Govt and Private Spouse

My wife getting HRA more than 6000 from private sector. She is private sector employee.We stay rented flat. She getting tax examption. I am AT government employee. Am i eligible for hra when I will not take tax examption. If i m not eligible for HRA then is salary will be deducted from my salary or that amout will get from different head of account. Please clarify my doubts. In such cases its reducing my salary.

no hra allowed to you. hra part of pay bill will be nil.
