I have a relative who has retired from Govt of West Bengal as a Gazetted Office in 2001. At that point only wife was allowed as family pensioner. Subsequently Govt has passed an order that, unmarried daughter till age of 25 and/or unmarried daughter above age of 25 but not having income or having income less than a particular amount was allowed to be part of family for drawing family pension.
1) Since the daughters detail is not appearing under PPO and was not allowed to be entered during retirement in 2001, when (the time) can she be included? Now or after death of her father (pensioner) or after death of her father + mother?
2) Since the daughters detail is not appearing under PPO and was not allowed to be entered during retirement in 20o1, can someone guide the step by step process (which forms, what documents, what certificates and most importantly which office one has to go and get it done) ?
After death of her father (pensioner), mother (family pensioner), and then the turn will come to their daughter.
Thanks for answer. I do understand and appreciate that turn of daughter will come after death of father and mother. But if any application / entry in database needed to be done by father (pensioner) NOW while he is alive ? Name of the daughter is not on pension records of Govt of WB as on date.
When the turn will continue, then her mother nominate her daughter. But after the death of family pensioner (mother) daughter will have to apply mentioning everything.
Acts, Rules, Regulations, Resolutions, Notifications, Circulars, Memorandum, Guidelines, Govt. Orders etc. from various department of the Government of West Bengal.
