I am a non B.Ed AT appointed in 2005. Tried to do B.Ed from IGNOU but till now i have failed. In May 2015 i will be completing 10yrs of service. Is there any rule/order which says that a teacher who has completed 10 yrs of service will be considered as trained and will be entitled to annual increment. Plz provide the relevant GO.
Also clarify regarding notional increment i.e what will be my basic in 2015 if increment is suspended from july 2013 and again started from july 2015 based on above paragraph. my present basic will be 15720 in july 2012 including GP.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
The concerned order no is –181-SE /5B-1/09 Dt.08.10.09.
I think, in this case your increment will resume in 2016 .If your date of joining falls between 2nd January and 30th June, then 01.07.16 is next date of increment . But if your date of joining falls between 1st July and 1st January, then 01.07.16 will be your next date of increment as minimum 6months’ service required to get an increment on any 1st July. Let see, what others say?
