I have been doing govt. job as as staff nurse under West-Bengal state Govt. since 1991. My husband is also now working under a p.s.u My mother-in-law is a cancer patient. my wife is a high school teacher of gov.school. she want to join me as iam working at abroad. My sister is an AT in a govt aided school. Presently she wants to join her husband who works abroad for a period of 10 months. She has never taken any medical leave nor any other leave since her joining on 17.10.2007.
Please advice whether she can take a leave of continuous 10 months and if there will be any service break in that case.

I want to know the rules for availing Government holidays which are to be availed by the Senior PHN or PHN under WBHS who are posted in different Blocks/Rural Hospitals. Whether all government Holidays or Holidays declared under N.I. Act are applicable to them or not.
