I support you totally, would the state government provide police protection for each of the employees? If the rail service is disrupted and there is a road blockade, the parties may go into skirmishes, but we are not supposed to take either part. If we have to report we must report at the usual reporting time and when the government forces us, why should we report at late hours…would not be a breach of the rules? Moreover, if we get injured or killed what answer the state government should give….and they are answerable. The state government should stop thinking that they are a super power. And if a road is blocked by the strike supporters or, the rail , for that matter, I am going to sue the government for its sheer failure to ensure the big talks. If we have to go to work there is no problem. But we must reach in time, neither a minute earlier , not leave a minute extra. The government is supposed to make the arrangement fool proof…and then we would see who penalises whom…and the judiciary is there to handle it finally. No body is above the law.
KUDOS…KUDOS…they seem oblivious of the innumerable bandhs and strikes they had called when they were hungry for the Writer’s …
