Loan for buying a Flat in Kolkata

I have written my complete financial background and capability. Please help me to choose the right amount of flat that I should buy. Shall I go for 20 lacs / 15 lacs / 10 lacs etc.

The EMI for each lakh will be about Rs. 1000. For example if you take 10 lakh loan your EMI will be around Rs. 10,000. Thus, you may calculate your bearable limit of EMI just by deducting the amount you need to run your family from your net salary.
If you take a loan of Rs. 10 lakh the net salary will go down to (Rs. 21,000 – Rs. 10,000)=Rs. 11,000(approx).

Dear friend,
I don’t know why you are consulting your salary paying branch. As the bank is a public sector bank and there must be a responsible person detailed to give answer of all of your queries. He is a professional person and having lots of experience regarding house building loans. He is also trained to calculate various calculations which you are asking in this forum.
As far as my knowledge goes, we might not have any member who is serving in a bank or might be there but not a regular member.
If you are not satisfied with your salary paying branch then visit any other public sector bank. Tally the rate of interest and EMI and take decision. Your eligibility to get loan amount will almost same in most of the banks.

@10moy: I shall not go to bank. At first I want some knowledge from here. Share your experience then i shall go bank and i can answer their question properly. I believe friends of here.
