    clauses x to xii of rule 5 are missing even in the first amendment vide No. 779-SE(S) dated:08.10.1998 though there are references of the said clauses in the subsequent rules.

    If Head of the Institution kept some amount of money for a long time (near about 2 lakhs) with him which was earn from school admission fees/ other sources and not deposited in the school bank account then what will be the punishment and plz tell the authority. As per my knowledge no person can kept govt money in his account or in his custody for a long time. Tell me in details please. Thank you.
