Last attend school 21.01.2016 and 22.01.2016 ; 23.01.2016 & 24.01.2016 was holidays due to Fateha yazdaham,Netaji Jayanti & Sunday . A staff could not attend school on and from 25.01.2016 to 11.02.2016. Please let me know the nos. of total days to be counted as MEDICAL LEAVE.

ML will be counted form 25.01.2016 to 11.2.2016 (18 days). Even if it was a vacation, i.e., the period of holidays were 7 days or more, ML would have been counted from 25.01.2016 in this case.
But if it was a vacation, i.e., the period of holidays were 7 days or more and the incumbent remained absent on 22-01-2016 (the closing day), the ML would have been counted from 22.01.2016.
