    From 1.11.10 to 18.7.11 C.L. should be 10 days.
My wife (A.T. through S.S.C.) had taken 16 leaves
10 Days should be treated as C.L.
6 Days should be treated as M.L.
But H.M. granted 5 days as C.L.&11 days as M.L.
Maternity leave 180 days is effective from 1.1.11
My Wife had given Maternity leave 135 days from 5.1.11 to 19.5.11.
She was there from 1.11.07 to 18.7.11
There were many such incident. Now how can I rectify such incidents legally. I uploaded two such examples.

At first, CL is counted according to academic session in case of school teacher, not by the months or year. From your list of leave ( attachment) we can not consider whether the leave will be treated as either CL or ML. It can be define from the attendance and leave register of the incumbent.

Headmistress gave the attendance register for 1/11/07 to 18.07.11.
There are 16 leaves in the attendance register for 1. 11.10. to 18.07.11. The attachment has been made by the Headmistress.
