September 17, 2014 at 10:24 pm #64072AnonymousInactiveIn the formats viz. “Personal Details” and “Office Details” in connection with the “ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR EMPLOYEE” under the “West Bengal Health Scheme (2014)” the provision of the “Middle Name” and the Pay Bands viz. PB-4A & PB-4B respectively are not available. I have no middle name. But my present Pay Band is 4A. Consequently, I am unable to complete the enrollmemt process. The NIC may be requested for necessary revision of the West Bengal Health Scheme (2014) Monitoring System at an early date. Otherwise, a large number of employee will suffer.
