Dear Sir
I am a Renal Failure patient and undergoing treatment from last 6 years and i undergo regualr checkup every 2 month. I submit my Bill every two months which is forwarded to Swasthya Bhawan .
Now from 10th october 2018 i have submitted total of 6 Bills which has been sent to to concerned authorities in Swasthya Bhawan and none of them has been released from there . Whenever i go there the concerned clerk gives some excuses and do not pay heed to my request. I am in very bad financial condition. I need approx 10000 every month for my treatment and have a family of 5 to support. If i do not receive my claims i will have to stop my treatment which will bel life threatning.
Please suggest what to do . I almost visit that concerned person multiple times every month and beg to pass my bills but he refuses stating some different reasons. It has been almost a year and all my bills has been stopped by one person only.
What should i do?
