Pay Fixation on 17.7.2016 for 8Yrs CAS

My 8yrs CAS is on 17.7.2016. Will i get Annul increment on 1.7.2016 first ,and then my pay will be fixed again for CAS on 17.7.2016 on the basic pay arrived after getting annual increment on 1.7.2016 OR will my pay be fixed for annual increment and 8yrs Cas on 1.7.2016 together?
