    Friends,
The Judicial Officers on retirement gets pension emoluments as follows: Basic Pension, Dearness Relief as per central government employees, Medical allowance @ Rs. 1500/- and Domestic Help Allowance @ Rs. 2500/- p.m. Whereas while they are on service they get Basic, DA, HRA, Medical allowance @ Rs. 1000/- and Sumptuary allowance as per their cadre.
Now, when they are re-employed what will be their salary?
Kindly give reason with Government G.O.
