    friends, stretch ur hands to resolve the following;
    A] Joined as A.T on 3-4-1999- Pay Scale– 6000–12000
    Joined as H.M.of Jr.High School on 22-7-2005 , with Basic Pay- 7575/-, opted Ropa-2009 on 1-1-2006
    Upgradation as X-Class High School on 1-5-2008.
    H.M. of High School on 3-4-2009 , 10 yrs completion of service.
    Avail 10 yrs benefit on 1-7-2009. B.P. as on 1-7-2009 is 23190/- . Is this Correct?
    B] Joined as A.T on 3-11-1997 in the Pay Scale– 4650–10175/- ,,, Appointed H.M. of a Jr. High School on 28-2-2004
    Date of Option for Ropa-09— 1-5-2008,, Upgradation as X-Class High School on 1-5-2008.
    What will be the Basic Pay as on 1-7-2009 ?

    You may go through the Memo No. 30-SE /5B-1/2009 dtd 10.02.2010 wherein the Education Deptt. has furnished several the clarifications to dispel doubts on certain points in regard to effective implementation of the ROPA,2009. Your case may be covered by Point no. 9. Pls take note of it. memorandum.pdf

    Since I am not a teacher, I don’t have thorough knowledge of the benefits extended to the H.M.s at the time of fixation of pay on the occasion of upgradation of schools. Is there any special provisions available to the H.M.s ! Do the provisions differ for a H.M of Jr. High school and a H.M. of High school! However, I have made an attempt to resolve the first part (A) of your query in the following way, under present pay fixation rules for govt. employees, considering the case as a normal promotion in the govt. deptts.

    Before checking the calculation I would like to know the following matters as I am not from the Teachers corner.
    What kind of benefits are provided to a teacher on the following occasions?
    1. Upgradation as X-Class High School
    2. Upgradation as XII-Class High School
    What are the Pay Scales (Pre-revised) of the H.M. of a
    1. Primary School.
    2. Jr. High Sclool
    3. Secondary School
    4. H.S. School.
    Can anybody reply me

    on the date of upgradation as X class —
    the H.M.( should be Master degree wth BEd & 10 yrs teaching experience) enjoys pay scale-9000—40500 in PB-4 ,GP-5400
    HM of HS School- all same, GP-5600
    Pay Scales (Pre-revised) of the H.M. of Jr. High Sclool- 6000—-12000,wth 1 addl. increment
    of the H.M. of High Sclool- 8000
