    respected sir,
    the office of the acmoh mathabhanga wants to know regarding general rule to advertise for HIV/AIDS awareness in the souvenir of STATE GOVT EMPLOYEES FEDERATION(UNIFIED) @ rate of Rs.1000/- for a full page.
    kindly give necessary guidelines regarding this procedure.from where the fund will be recovered
