at ropa 2009 wb announced that pb 4 and 5 with grade pay 4400 to 10000 are group a service holders.
my question is that a teacher at govt aided school getting this salary is a group a service holder?
if above person getting salary nearly 37200 at just before retirement then his salary become roughly 445000…it not crossing 4.5 lakh which is cut off for obc creamy layer..then is it possible that a group a service holder getting always less than creamy layer data?
