With due respect, i am baisakhi santra( pandit) serving your department at BSM&CH, Bankura since 07 jan 2010 vide your letter no HNG/4P-5/2003 pti/kw/20.
My husband is an Indian Soldier, he is translatable job, now he posted Jammu & Kashmir.
Sir/ madam i have aged parents and my husband is out of state. No body in the family to look after them and take care them.
Already a letter despatched your department from my husband office To the director of health service, govt of wb dated 21 Apr 2014.

i rupali adak, grade-2 staff nurse,presently working pitpur rural hospital in zone-2,but because of less staff presently i posted in gobordhanpur rural hospital, purba mednipur.
sir, i try to explain my problem,in my present hospital i make duty only for 2 working days rest 5days are off this is same for every body.every worker are local,they came 20 min late to join duty everyday.work culture in this hospital is very bad.
so my request to you please transfer me to any hospital in zone -1 or zone-3.i like to make my duty honestly , so my request to you this transfer process will be as soon as possible.
