There are Process Servers in our establishment who are in PB2 (5400/- to 25200/-) with grade pay 2600/- . Their G.P.F accounts are maintained by our office itself. Now the problem arises in HRMS regarding as to which group they should fall? Since they are treated at par with Group D , their G.P.F is maintained in office. But in HRMS, while data entry it automatically takes up GROUP C and changes the G.P.F number format.
Can anyone please clarify as to which group they actually belong?
grade pay 2600,so Group C may be taken

Check your pay slip generated through HRMS module. There you can find your Employee number.
